liability for use of any information on our pages. Fewo-Urlaubsportal.de
is not responsible for the accuracy or content of the information provided
by the owner. We reserve the right to edit or refuse any listing.
Contract binding, while renting an object, only exist between the renter and
the rentee.The responsibilty for all information and contents displayed lies
with the person who submitted that content. Fewo-urlaubsportal.de is only
a listing service.
$3 Privacy Policy
Your Registration Data underly our privacy policy. We will save your data
on our system, but we will solely use this information for our own use,
but we will NOT give away your information to any third party organization.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their
marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information
as described in the Privacy Policy. We view protection of users' privacy as
a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your
information is one of our most important assets. |

against us since a contractual relation aout the use of the object does
not take place between the lessor/tenant and Fewo-Urlaubsportal.de.
Fewo-urlaubsportal.de are merely mediators. We are not liable for technical
failure. A short-term not accessibility of the servers and information
causes no price reduction .
§ 5 Court
Any Claim may be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction located
in Brandenburg, Germany. You and Fewo-Urlaubsportal.de agree to submit to
the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Brandenburg, Germany.
